The customer service is exceptional. Rob at the front desk is a pleasant man to be welcomed by and spend your time at the front desk with. Rob will make the time you spend at the front desk feel like a commercial moment. The way a hotel should make a guest feel! Thanks Rob for taking the time to hear the needs, wants, and expectations of our stay while at the Daytona Grande Ocean Front Hotel a reality!

Before checking in they have a $30 valet fee that should be included with the steap cost of the room. Checking in was nice, Jon said before leaving any negative review please see them at the front desk beforehand which we did the next day. The room was very plain for the price, only thing special is the view. The HVAC system sounded like a plane taking off, it was ridiculous. We ate at the restaurant and it was over priced over cooked frozen fish. During the night we needed some water and realized there is no water bottles in the room even for the coffee so we had to go all the way to the lobby at 4am. I addressed this with reception during check out as Jon instructed and the best they could do is comp a $30 fee which is through a travel agency so we’ll probably never see that money again. Only thing good at this hotel is reception and the view. Not worth the price, won’t be staying here ever again.

I loved this hotel and perhaps the best in the area. Very clean and spacious rooms. Our room was ocean front and the view was stunning. The lady who checked us in (Kyatra) was super nice to us. We ate at the main restaurant on the property and the staff there were great too. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific hotel with great ocean views! We loved the infinity pool and spent a lot of time in the water. Rob at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Cheers to the management of this property and we will be back!
